General Offers

These terms apply to all promotional offers conducted solely by My Brixham Holiday. By redeeming a discount code or participating in any promotional event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Duration & “Luxury” Clause
    The Offer is valid only for the specific period or dates defined in the Promotional Material (e.g., the specific Social Media post, website banner, or email announcing the discount).

    My Brixham Holiday reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate The Offer at any time without prior notice, regardless of any previously stated end dates.

    Unless otherwise stated in the Promotional Material, The Offer expires at 23:59 on the final date of the promotion.

  2. Redemption & Eligibility
    The Offer is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.The discount must be applied at the time of booking. It cannot be applied retrospectively to bookings already confirmed or paid for.

    The Offer is limited to one use per customer/household unless otherwise stated in the Promotional Material.

  3. Exclusions & Limitations
    The 10% discount applies to the base rental rate only and does not apply to security deposits, cleaning fees, or optional extras unless specified.The Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, “Early Bird” discount, or existing sale price.

    The discount is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash alternative.

  4. Cancellations
    If a booking made using The Offer is cancelled, any refund will be limited to the actual amount paid (the discounted price) and remains subject to our standard booking cancellation policy.

Competitions

Promoter
This competition is promoted by My Brixham Holiday in collaboration with The New Quay Inn, Brixham.

Eligibility
The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the promoter, The New Quay Inn, or any associated partners, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter
To enter the competition, participants must:

  • Follow @mybrixhamholiday on Facebook /Instagram
  • Like the competition post
  • Comment on the competition post with the person you would bring

Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries that do not meet these criteria will not be counted.

Competition Period
The competition opens on the date the Facebook/Instagram post is published and closes at 23:59 on 31 March 2026. Entries received after this time will not be eligible.

The Prize
The prize includes:

  • A two night bed and breakfast stay for two people in a sea view room at Penny Steps Guest House
  • A Sunday roast for two people at The New Quay Inn, Brixham

The prize must be booked for a stay taking place between May and December 2026, subject to availability.

Booking Conditions
Travel to and from Brixham is not included.
The prize is non transferable, non refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative prize.
Booking is subject to availability and must be arranged directly with the promoter.

Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the competition closing date.
The winner will be contacted via Facebook/Instagram comment or direct message within seven days of the competition closing.
If the winner does not respond within seven days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Publicity
By entering the competition, the winner agrees to their name being announced on Facebook/Instagram and to participate in reasonable promotional activity related to the competition, should this be requested.
