Please note: access to the apartment involves 15 steps from street level to the communal entrance, followed by an internal staircase of 17 steps to reach the first floor. Pets are not permitted.

Parking is provided at the secure Brixham Marina multi-storey car park, just a two-minute walk from the property. A permit is included for the duration of your stay, offering considerable savings in an area where parking is often scarce, especially during the summer. Full unloading and parking details will be shared in the arrival information pack.

For larger parties - particularly family groups - the neighbouring Tom’s Nest apartment (sleeps two in one double bedroom) or the adjoining Penny Steps house (which sleeps up to nine) can also be booked, subject to availability, for added convenience.

The property is located on Berry Head Road, nearby the South Western Coastal Path that offers great local walks to stretch your legs. Less than a mile away along this path is the Berry Head Fort Café, providing a great spot for a cup of tea and a bite to eat while enjoying the stunning cliffside views and the eponymous Napoleonic fortifications.

The Breakwater Beach, Brixham’s stunning shingle beach, is close by and has a Blue Flag Award — a global standard that commends cleanliness, safety, and environmental considerations.

Popular local eateries such as The Prince William and Rockfish are situated on the Marina, and a short stroll from here brings you to the town centre with its eclectic local business & access to the wider beyond by bus or seasonal ferry, including Dartmouth, Paignton and Torquay.
