This charming traditional fisherman’s cottage overlooks the vibrant inner harbour, offering a front-row seat to Brixham’s bustling summer life from the lounge and two of its three airy bedrooms. With a king-size master bedroom, a twin room, and a bunk room, this family-friendly getaway provides ample space, complemented by convenient harbourside parking just below. Only a short stroll from the heart of town, you’ll find a variety of places to eat, shop, and soak in the seaside atmosphere.
Inside, the open-plan lounge diner is a welcoming space to cool off after a day in the sun, with the cottage’s exposed stone and beam ceilings adding a timeless charm. The rear patio—accessible from the bunk room—is perfect for evening drinks under the fading summer light. With two half-tiled bathrooms, including a convenient ground-floor shower room, and a bright, fully stocked kitchen, you’ll have everything you need to enjoy your summer stay.
For leisurely afternoons or a quiet break from the sun, Sea Nook offers books and board games, as well as large front-facing windows where you can enjoy the sights of the harbour with a cool drink in hand.

Location Information
Sea Nook is situated right at the beating heart of Brixham town centre, on King Street, where you’ll find an eclectic range of eateries and shops. More familiar high street names like Costa co-exist with Brixham businesses such as Dilly Dally and the West Country Deli.
A short walk takes you to the ferries or the main Brixham bus stop that can take you to destinations in Torbay and beyond. Along the harbour you can head to the breakwater and its half-mile walk to the lighthouse, or the nearby shingle beach. The beach has a Blue Flag Award — a global standard that commends cleanliness, safety, and environmental considerations.
