Moving down to the lower floor, via a glass balustraded staircase, to the exquisitely carped bedroom area. The expansive master en-suite bedroom with a King Size bed is to the left. This has built in vanity table and wardrobes. The glazed door gives access to the second stunning balcony, enjoying some more fantastic sea views. The generous en-suite shower room has a shower, w/c, wash basin and heated towel rail. The second bedroom also has a king size bed, vanity table, built in wardrobe and a glazed door to the balcony with views over Torbay. However, the wheelchair and wheelchari user will need to be carried down the 10 steps to the entrance door. The ground floor has wide open spaces and a fully accessible wet room with w/c and shower with bench. One of the sofas in the lounge converts to a luxury sofa bed.
