  • The location was super, just outside of town, the view was gorgeous watching the sun set. Very close to a beach and the main hike over berry head.

Overview

Tom’s Nest is a cosy one-bedroom apartment, perfect for two guests, with a comfortable double bedroom and en-suite shower room. Perched above Brixham Marina, the property enjoys uninterrupted views across the water. Tom’s Nest is an ideal hideaway for couples seeking peace and quiet with a touch of charm.

Inside, Tom’s Nest offers a warm and welcoming retreat: homely yet equipped with all the modern conveniences needed for a comfortable stay. Large windows flood the apartment with natural light, while the soft, neutral décor creates a calm and restful atmosphere. Guests can unwind with a book or a glass of wine while soaking up the stunning sea views - the perfect backdrop for relaxation.

A parking permit is included for the duration of your stay, offering significant savings in an area where spaces are often scarce, particularly in the summer months. Full unloading and parking details will be provided ahead of arrival.

Please note: access to the apartment involves 15 steps up from pavement level to the communal entrance, followed by an internal staircase of 32 steps to the top floor. Pets are not permitted, and as the property has just one bedroom, it is not suitable for children.
